These terms describe how Malaysia365 may be used. By continuing to use the site you accept them.
1. Subject
Malaysia365 is an information service that collects details of public events in Malaysia from open sources (ticket operators and organisers), translates them and presents them as a listing and a calendar.
The site is not a ticket operator, agent, intermediary or event organiser. We do not sell tickets and do not accept payments.
2. No warranties
Information is published “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current: date, time, price, line-up and venue may change at any time without our knowledge.
Before buying a ticket or travelling, check the official event page. A source link is present on every event page.
3. Tickets are sold by a third party
The “Buy ticket” button leads to an external seller. The purchase contract is between you and that seller, under their rules.
Payment, refund, exchange and cancellation questions are resolved with the seller or the organiser. Malaysia365 is not a party to that relationship.
4. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for cancellation, postponement, programme or price changes, for the actions of organisers, venues and ticket sellers, or for any losses arising from the use of information on this site.
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.
5. User content
Comments and event submissions are published on your behalf and remain your responsibility.
Prohibited: insults and harassment, hostility based on nationality, religion, gender or other protected characteristics, spam and advertising, links to fraudulent or malicious resources, personal data of third parties, calls for illegal action.
The administration may remove any user content and block access without prior notice and without explanation.
6. For rights holders
We publish facts about events (title, date, place, price), our own short summary of the description, and the poster as an illustration — with a link to the source.
If you are a rights holder and do not want the information or image published, write to us. We remove it without asking questions, usually in less than 24 hours.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version always lives on this page; the date of the last revision is shown below.
