Formed in South Jakarta in 2016, Reality Club began with a simple shared ambition: to start a band. Despite barely knowing one another at the time, the connection came naturally, and over the past decade, they’ve grown into one of Southeast Asia’s most emotionally resonant indie acts.
Their 2017 debut Never Get Better introduced the world through jangly indie rock and raw adolescent heartache, Where Will Life Take You? expanded their palette into mature lyricism and eclectic instrumentation, moving between moody masslines, delicate melodies and chaotic walls of noise.
